I Had A Bad Virus (flu?) In September, Then Pneumonia.

I had a bad virus (flu?) In September, then pneumonia. Just as I was beginning to get better from the pneumonia, I developed shingles--a mild case as I had the vaccine several years ago. The area still itches at times, but the main problem is the fatigue. This can be relentless. It doesn't take much activity for me to be leveled. This is depressing to say the least. How long will this continue? Also, my blood pressure is elevated as is my heart rate when standing. I have had these problems before. I saw a cardiologist last week, had an echo and was told this is not a cardiac issue. So, are these changes related to the shingles and will I be normal again eventually?
