I Had A Cat Can At The Emergency Room Weeks

I had a cat can at the emergency room weeks ago because of pain in my left upper abdomen, diagnosis was diviterculitis, after a week of two of Flagl + Cipro, no reliefe, Gastro ordered 2nd Cat scan , apparently on my pancreas, pain is wrapping around my back, should I be worried?
