I Had A Hysterectomy (due To Menorrhagia--have A History Of

I had a hysterectomy (due to menorrhagia--have a history of von Willebrand's disease type 1 & found out post-hysterectomy also underlying endometriosis) 12/15/14. I have had a severe URI that has exacerbated my asthma badly (using Prednisone, Duo Neb & Albuterol Neb., OTC but rx'd cough expectorant). Over the last couple days noticed what looked to be old blood (rusty-colored), but disregarded it. Today however, when I wiped I definitely realized it was blood. It's trace amounts, but is fresh not old-looking. Is this something to be concerned about & could I be coughing to that extreme (I have been coughing horribly)? Thank you.
