I Had A Quick Onset Of A Scratchy Throat, Nausea

I had a quick onset of a scratchy throat, nausea (with not actually vomiting), fatigue and fever of 102.4 3 weeks ago which reduced over the next 4 days (some intestinal upset). Urgent care said the flu test was negative. I had minimal congestion but did take Mucinex expectorant and coughed up some thick mucous. I rested for a week then felt well and normal for a week.

This past Monday the scratchy throat and fatigue returned with no fever for the first few days. Then, the fatigue increased and a low grade fever started then got as high as 100.8. Seems to go down to 99.1 and then back up. I am not taking anything for the fever. Little congestion but get a tickle, dry cough some, mucous is thick but fairly clear. Earlier today I had a stabbing spasm below my left breast for at least an hour. That's gone but now have a throbbing pain in my right arm, underside of upper arm and right in the center of the lower arm anterior. Would this throbbing likely be a lymph node?
