I Had A "roague " Para Thyriod Removed Last January

I had a "roague " para thyriod removed last January : my blood calcium was normal :8 for the first time in two years. It had been at 11 , undiagnosed, for two years. I am now 84 years old, happy to say I have regained most of my lost cognition (I am an artist, and could not work during that time) plus the severe energy drop meant I coould no longer do the daily exercise I had rleiied on . My question is, can I get back to normal after two years of high blood calcium? Or is some damage permanent?
Thank You, Sunny Warner
