I Had A Semen Test,I Discovered That I Have Heavy

I had a semen test,I discovered that I have heavy growth of staphylococcus aureus with resistant to all drugs listed such as ciprofloxacin,erythromycin,amoxicillin,Doxycycline,Clindamycin, etc and Doctor prescribed azithromycin to be taken for trial.Now the drug is about to finish but the sign of the symptoms still persists.Then, what should I do?
