I Had A Severe SOB Attack Last Month Which Lasted

I had a severe SOB attack last month which lasted for around 10 minutes (for two minutes I could not breathe properly, for about 40 seconds I could not breathe at all, and for the next seven minutes or so I had problem breathing). I was settled after being nebulised for 20 minutes. Had an X-ray and afterwards a CT scan was advised. Now the problem... the CT scan shows a tiny soft tissue density nodule measuring 3mm in right middle lobe. There was no air space opacification or mass. Moreover, a 9mm lymph node was seen in precarinal region, but no significant mediastinal lymphadenopathy. My question is, “How bad is it?”
