I Had A Small Anal Fissure And The Pain That

I had a small anal fissure and the pain that I have after the repair if deadly and I just want to die
its a nerve problem that I have by the bladder ,,,obviously it got irritated so now I burn fire
and like I said I want to die,,,the doctor has me taking gabapantenin, and sybolta for the nerves
its two months since the fixing of the fissure and the pain gets stronger and stronger
any suggestions?
