I Had A Tubal Ligation Via Laparoscopy On Friday. I

I had a tubal ligation via laparoscopy on Friday. I feel fine in most aspects, though I still have pain in my right lower abdomen and I've been spotting since. Though today, it's pretty bright red and there's a little more of it. Everything I've read, has said that it's a cause for concern. Is it something I should be up in arms about or is it normal? Also, how long does it take, on average, to stop bleeding altogether?
