I Had An Electric Shock This Morning (about 7 Hours

I had an electric shock this morning (about 7 hours ago) from my toaster. The safety switch went off, my muscles in my arms tensed for a second, felt like a pinching sensation, and my heart started to race. After the initial shock of what happened, I managed to calm myself down and have felt reasonable normal ever since, just slightly foggy in my head. Is it possible to have any serious effects so long after a shock or would it be my anxiety over the situation and constantly thinking about it?
