I Had C Diff In January. My ALT And AST

I had c diff in January. My ALT and AST were very high (200's). My CK was 220.

My c diff resolved with 10 days of Flagyl, although I continue to have irritable bowel symptoms (distinction, cramps). These symptoms seem related to food intake and with Metamucil and minimal dairy they have improved.

I just had my blood tested and my AST and ALT awe. WNL. My CK is now 440. Could this be related to my c diff and IBS symptoms?

I am treated by a rheumatologist for undifferentiated connective tissue disease. I have been experiencing rib cage pain for several months although this pain now. Seems less like bone pain and more soft tissue.
