I Had Chronic Pancreatitis Before But It Has Been 7yrs

I had chronic pancreatitis before but it has been 7yrs since my last attack , 2yrs ago I had jaundice symptoms, white stools , brown urine . But I recovered quickly and now recently it seems I am having diabetic symptoms , with sugar level 187-240, without tab . I have also done faecal fat test a month ago with negative fat result, do I have pancreatic cancer
