I Had Laser Surgery On A Torn Retina 2 Years

I had laser surgery on a torn retina 2 years ago. I am a 68 year old male and lead a pretty active life style. I am involved in high intensity cardio classes, biking, hiking, running, water sports etc, etc. Should I be concerned at all about causing any damage or re tearing of the retina?
