I Had My Blood Drawn At The Request Of A

I had my blood drawn at the request of a dermatologist due to some recent hair thinning. I had a cbc, comprehensive metabolic panel, vitamin levels, thyroid, etc. everything came back within normal range except my RDW was high at 16.6, my MPV was high at 12.0, and my vitamin b12 was high at 1312pg/ml. I ended up getting a bit nervous after doing a Google search so I hoped a doctor would be so kind as to let me know what it shows. I have been taking a narcotic pain medication and Adderall for the past few years as well and didn't know if that would have anything to do with the b12 since I read it can be due to the liver.
