I Had Open Heart Surgery August 2017 To Replace My

I had open heart surgery August 2017 to replace my aortic and mitral valve. I was discharged to home after 4 days in which I gained #40. I was readmitted, placed on a Dialysis and put into a coma. The MD wasable to reboot my kidneys. Now, 1 year later, I have developed SOB with any exertion and my strength and exercise tolerence are drastically reducec. My MD thinks the pericarditis caused adhesions that prevent the ventricles to contract as needed. He may send me to Stanford for surgery, What kind of surgery is usually done to restore my stamina and decrease the SOB.
Thankyou for this
