I Had Simple Total Mastectomy ( No Lymph Nodes Involved)

I had simple total mastectomy ( no lymph nodes involved) last May 3, 2016. My oncologist had me on two medications: Herceptin ( i infusion every 21 days, for i year) and Anastrozole pills ( 1 pill a day for 5 yrs,) I started taking last May 29. Recently, I complained of stiffness, pains and aches of my muscles, bones and joints of my upper and lower extremities. So, before I get out of bed I have to do some simple exercises of flexing, stretching and massaging them which had helped get me through the day. Because of my complaint, my Oncologist switched me to Letrozole which I started taking 3 days ago, Dec. 29. I have read that the side effects are almost the same plus hair loss which is one thing that I would HATE TO LOSS! If, in case, I started losing my hair, what would be the best solution or remedy for me to stop getting BALD and wearing wig! Do you think I could switch back to Anastrozole and take some Osteo-Biflex or Glucosamine/Chondoitin for dietary supplements for the stiffness, aches and pains?
