I Had Some Rapid Heart Beats This Morning ( I

I had some rapid heart beats this morning ( I have had this for a long time off and on) it was followed by a feeling I was going to faint, it passed but kept returning in waves, a bit of nausea. I have had this feeling for a few weeks. Yesterday I fell on the ice, quite a jolt, fell on my knees, I was pretty shook up afterwards as had to crawl on hands and knees to get to my car door handle to get my self up, the dizziness seemed to increase after that. Some nausea no vomiting. The nausea I have felt is usually a signal of having to go to the bathroom (BM). I am 74 years old and in good health, take a low does for high blood pressure, and a low dose for thyroid which was started in December, have taken the BP med for years.
