I Had The Left Clogged Pore Removed And It Was

I had the left clogged pore removed and it was painful, now the right is doing the same swelling and its starting to hurt due to friction... I don't want to have surgery to have it removed... It took 2yrs for me to function, what can I do to make the swelling go down for good without surgery???
