I Have Lupus, CLL, MGUS, HTN, CAD. Fe, Age 67,

I have Lupus, CLL, MGUS, HTN, CAD. Fe, age 67, no allergies. My white count is 103,000 with a lymph % of 92. No anemia, no thrombocytopenia. No Rx for CLL or MGUS. For Lupus, I take Plaquenil 200mgBID. I have bone erosion Right sternoclavicular notch x 12 years. Now I have bone erosion bil. ankles with much pain and swelling. I am overweight at 230lb. I cannot take Methotrexate nor any of the newer RA drugs due to the CLL. I am receiving no Tx for the bone erosion. My sed rate, CRP, complement levels are normal. My IG's are all low. Will I continue to have more bone erosion? With a low immune system, am I am a greater risk for Osteomylitis secondary to bone erosion? I have been taking Celebrex but my GFR has decreased to 52, showing a decreasing level over last 3 years. My Rheumy just wants to do steroid injections. What do you think about steroid injections for bone erosion?
