I Have A Brain Injury Of 16 Years And Recently

I have a brain injury of 16 years and recently had a threatening event happen. My brain is not functioning properly, comprehension, memory, verbal impulse disorder, obsessive thinking about traumatic event and headaches ever since I have just started taking insulin (3 weeks) for II diabetes and have been experiencing loss of breath, cannot walk or move limbs, and ended up in ER 2 weeks ago. I had tooth abscess infection and too much sugar in urine. Will these problems go away?
I am sorry but I cannot afford any extra costs right now. Medical bills and meds have made me broke from diabetes.
