I Have A Burning Pain On My Right Shoulder Blade,dr

I have a burning pain on my right shoulder blade,dr said not shingles, now says its neuropathy.had 2 mri and blood work, initial 2 drs daid it was shingles. gabapentin does not help, wants me to try lyrica. I don't like the side effects of either. I am74 yrs. old. I've had the pain 4weeks.
