I Have A Change In My Urine Stream. No Pain,

I have a change in my urine stream. No pain, no blood seen by the eye, stream is much thinner and slow, stream will stop and if I raise my body from the stool, the flow will continue slowly. sometimes it stops completely and I reposition my body by raising up higher or down lower and more uring, not a lot, but more. What is going on?
