I Have A Chiari Malformation 13 Mm I Have Had

I have a chiari malformation 13 mm I have had a recent MRI which seems to be OK since I have heard nothing back. I have had my heart, arteries in my neck, and gallbladder checked recently and all was good. My question is: do you think that the Chiari could possibly affect nerves that could in turn, affect the heart? I've had some strange pains that started in my abdomen on the right side also felt on the left that traveled upward to my chest and then into my throat. Following that I also experienced pains in my upper back toward my armpits that also traveled into my middle back and upper chest and then into my throat. It was very scary but was very brief it lasted only a minute or so sometimes the pains in my throat would reoccur in following days.I also experienced drops and my blood pressure sometimes it is 90/60 other times it is 120/80 is never high. I have experienced dizziness or faintness along with fatigue and a low blood pressure. My heart was checked following this episode and all looks OK. I am puzzled I have had no explanation for the symptoms other than possible dehydration. Experience many other symptoms like ear fullness and ringing, lightheadedness, positional vertigo upper back pain fatigue fogginess neck pain and occasional headaches. I have never been one to experience any stomach symptoms.
