I Have A Constant Deep, Dull But Painful Ache In

I have a constant deep, dull but painful ache in the right side of my back around the area where the top of the hip bone (notch) can be felt. Sitting makes it worse, standing makes it better, it does not radiate down my leg. I have had a MRI that showed no problem with my disks in my low back. I have tried NSAIDs, Medrol Dose pack, PT and now taking Tramadol which helps only a little. Help!
