I Have A Constant Dull Ache On The Right Side

I have a constant dull ache on the right side of my back, it changes to a stabbing pain several timea a day which is agonising, it feels like im being stabbed, ive had test for angina which came back negative, but it did show ive got a reversable profusion defect of the arterial wall, not sure what this means for me x
