I Have A Constant Stomach Pain, Weeks And Weeks, And

I have a constant stomach pain, weeks and weeks, and very soft stools, once in a while diaherra where you have to go right now or else but I do have bowl movements 3, 4, 5 times a day now and very soft. food does not help the stomach issue. whether I eat or not it hurts.
