I Have A Couple Of Skin Growths , Small Little

I have a couple of skin growths , small little folds of skin , 1 under my arm pit , another on top of my buttocks which has become irritated , I didn't realize it was even there . Is there a topical I can put on these to remove them , or do I need to have them removed by a doctor?
