I Have A Hard Lump Or Knot Just Below My

I have a hard lump or knot just below my clot. I cannot see it...but I can feel it and its a little painful when it is touched or rubbed. It will move a little if pushed on. What is it? Should I be worried??? Its not a boil or a cyst. It cannot drain...it's beneath the skin.
