I Have A History Of Sinus Problems, Including Sinus Surgeries.

I have a history of sinus problems, including sinus surgeries. About a 3 weeks to 1 month ago I had a bad cold/sinus infection. I had another cold about 12 days ago that didn't last long. Since then, I have had in both nostrils, spots that have scabs on them. I can't get them to heal (I'm a diabetic too). I hotpack the areas & do get some of the scabs off but then they bleed & scab over. Sometimes I do smell a bad odor. I'm thinking infection. Can I use Neosporin inside my nose? If not that, what could be the problem. Thanks, Marcie N.
