I have a lower abdominal strain that I occurred two weeks ago. it is very lower right above my pubic hair in the abdominal cavity. I have had a strain before, but this was has swelling, no bulge, no hernia and no bruising, just pain, swelling, and I completely stopped running. how long is the recovery time and how many weeks out.
