I Have A Painful Place Just Beside The Labia On

I have a painful place just beside the labia on my left side. It feels kind of like a yeast infection, stings and burns when I urinate, and my stream has become dribbly. Painful/uncomfortable to sit on. Saw a convenient care dr. yesterday; he could find nothing, said my urine was OK, clear, etc., except I need to drink more water. He prescribed Cipro, don't know if I need that or not. Would the urine sample have shown a yeast infection or other vaginal infection? This is puzzling to me because it's the first time I've felt the pain in this location. Thank you!
