Could My Constant Exhaustion, Muscle Weakness, And Salt Cravings Be Signs Of Adrenal Fatigue?

I have a question about adrenal fatigue/exhaustion. I am 68 years old and am being treated for diabetes (using Metformin, Glimeeride and Actor), high blood pressure, anxiety/depression/PTSD (using Seroquel, Cymbalta and Paxil,) also levothyroxine (hypothyroid), Nifedipine & Simvastatin. I have been under moderate to severe stress for at least 3 years and am constantly exhausted, have weak muscles (tough to get up off chair), crave salty snacks, have some nausea (gastric bypass 4-1/2 years ago), go thru periods of very low appetite and had my gall bladder removed in December. Not sure if these symptoms are related to adrenal fatigue/exhaustion or if I should ask my PCP about it.
