I Have A Spot On The Lower Back Of My

I have a spot on the lower back of my head that came out of nowhere and when slightly rubbed it bleeds, quite a bit, then stops and scabs a lil and then it would happen again and doesn't seem to be healing. I thought maybe a tick bite but, no tick. I am also 28 weeks pregnant, if that has anything to do with it. I read it can be a possible pyogenic granuloma but, not sure.
