I Have A Warm Sensation Only Left Side Of My

I have a warm sensation only left side of my head. Noticed it again last night while on tredmill. I have had CT scan done, normal. somebody suggested migrane, but I normally don't get headches, not migrane. Also, the reason I was tested because I literally went blank. Recently it happened again, at work, answered phone, went blank I'm worried
