I Have Acne, I Am 16 Years Old And I

I have acne, I am 16 years old and I think it may my genetic as my brother and sister had it too but it's so painful and looks bad that I can't go out without makeup and it makes me feel self conscious, is there any creams I could use, nothing seems to help
