I Have An IUD, Parargard. Every Month It Causes Me

I have an IUD, Parargard. Every month it causes me a lot of pain because of the severe cramping I get. I even throw up sometimes when i get my period, it makes me sick. I don't know how to handle these side effects any longer. I figured it best to get it removed. But my insurance does not cover it unless medically necessary. And theirs nothing wrong with my IUD. Anyways, I can't afford to have it taken out. I can't handle the pain it causes, and after 8 long months I'm just done with it. I want to reach up and remove it myself, since I don't know what else to do. Advice?
