I Have An Overactive Sinus, Seems To Be Worse When

I have an overactive sinus, seems to be worse when I talk and at nite, I cough to bring up the drainage, it's always clear. Sometimes when my nose works the mucus is almost like taffy. When I drain in the back of my throat I cough so much I need an asthma inhaler, in fact the only time I use the inhaler is because of this. I use a Neti pot twice a day, use nasonex twice a day and benedril throughout the day. I wake up after about 4 hrs sleep and cannot go back until I cough it all up and blow my nose, seemingly incessantly. My chest feels congested. What more can I do?
