I Have An Undiagnosed Condition. Multiple Doctors Have Tested And

I have an undiagnosed condition. Multiple doctors have tested and have yet to come up with anything.
First, I have overall muscle weakness. No pain. It waxes and wanes. At its worst I can't walk very far.
Secondly, other symptoms are the following: fatigue which comes and goes, but a new one that has increased in intensity is pulsation in face, ears ringing, some facial numbness, strong scalp sensation and a tender soreness above both ears, balance but not vertigo all of which come and go. Any suggestions on what specialist I should focus on. I've seen a neurologist and he's done an MRI, EMG, small nerve biopsy in my leg. YYYY@YYYY
