I Have Asthma And Am Having Problems Breathing Even Though

I have asthma and am having problems breathing even though I am at my limit of medications. I am using my nebulizer every 6 hours, I take Advair, Zyrtec, Singulair, Ranitidine. To exert myself in any manner ie. walk, talk, fold clothes is a chore. I have had double pneumonia with MRSA in my sputum in 2014 which led to surgery on my left lung. Is it possible that the MRSA in my sputum has returned causing this severe shortness of breath?
