I have autonomic instability which is difficult to manage and take beta- blockers to control adrenal surges. I was diagnosed with pseudophepchromocytoma in June 2015 and medications changed from Coversly for v high BP and Sotalol to control palpitations. I now take Atenolol, Clonidine and until 10 days ago Coversly which was stopped because of side effects. Despite medicaion, after 3 years I still continue to suffer, Churning, shaky, flushing, nausea, at times v high BP, chest pain, dizziness, increased HR and dull chest pain. I also have Progressive chronic widespread tendonitis, (with enthesopathy), Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome, (with Fibromyalgia), Neuropathic pain with autonomic instability, Widespread arthritis requiring several surgeries - including Rt THR, Psoas surgery, surgery for tendon ruptures and next month a Lt THR. The musculo skeletal issues were caused by long term use of pariet for Ulcerated Reflux oesophagitis with strictures and oesophageal spasm. I have a pineal cyst 7mm and wondering if this could be related to the autonomic instability. I have read research that indicates that Proton Pump Inhibitors can affect the autonomic system. Basically I don't want to live - not suicidal but every day is a struggle with adrenal surges and chronic debilitating pain. The Chronic pain is challenging but it the autonomic instability that makes life almost impossible. Wonder if you have any ideas
