I Have Been Diagnosed With Congenital Heart Disease And I

I have been diagnosed with Congenital Heart disease and I am on medication. I had been on Pradaxa and the Doctor has given me Low dose Aspirin. My Heart Doctor said that I could do any type of exercised, which I was doing, but all off a sudden one day, my Blood Pressure rose and I now wobble when I walk or stand, and cannot stand or walk for very long, because it drives my Heart Rate up. This has been happening for 3 months and the Heart Doctor gave me an ECG and it had improved and my Blood Pressure was good. He has also said I could still do any exercised, sit up and push ups etc, although I can't at this time. Is there anything I do to change my position at this time. Would vitamins help to reverse my Heart Problems. Or am I on the way out. The Doctors said I have Myocardial Infraction, even though I have never smoked or drank alcohol, only at family dinners. Not sure what is happening to me. Thank you. You have a nice face so I know you will tell me what is wrong. thank you.
