I Have Been Diagnosed With A Cancer On My Left

I have been diagnosed with a cancer on my left kidney. I am having surgery on Tuesday to remove all of my left kidney. The first 2 weeks of October I did a bunch of tests that all came back clear of any metastases. I did a cystoscopy, lung exrays, bone density tests, CT scans, Bronchoscopy. What I was wondering is since 4-5 weeks have passed since doing my tests, how fast can a cancer spread? What I'm afraid of is if the cancer has spread since then
