I Have Been Experiencing Raspy Throat, Burning Tongue, Lips And

I have been experiencing raspy throat, burning tongue, lips and even face for over a month. It is always associated with eating and drinking. Drinking water and chewing sugarless gum releives the symptons. I guess this is a form of heartburn. Nothing seems to help such as: tums, zantack (2 tablets) or Omeprazole. I am now trying Prilosec (store brand). Just started this am. Will try for 4 days. It's not working yet.
Funny thing...when I eat, I get releif and the peppermint gum, when chewed takes away the burn in my tongue!
The last time I experienced heart burn was last summer when I drank a beer. As long as I stayed away from it I was fine. I am a wine drinker. Any thoughts and suggestions?
