I Have Been Having A Lot Of Trouble Breathing Recently.

I have been having a lot of trouble breathing recently. I believe I may have an inflamed esophagus or my hiatal hernia is inflamed. I have had open heart surgery March 19, 2015, largely due to extreme shortness of breath, but this is different. I feel very full upon eating, have a lot of heartburn, regurgitation and I have gained several pounds recently for no known reason. Do you think I should see a gastroenterologist?
