I Have Been Having Loose Stools With Slimy Strings, That

I have been having loose stools with slimy strings, that actually have body to them? My stool looks exactly like that of pics I've seen of worm infestation? This happened shortly after, 3 days, of me drinking 'stone breaker' tea, for kidney stone control. Well, come to find out, stone breaker herb also expels worms. I do have IBS though, but this seem different? I'm also quite tired of late, and that's just not my MO, so to speak?! So what do you think? I brought a specimen to my new VA clinic, but the response was, 'he didn't think it was a worm'? ....think being the operative word?
