I Have Been Having Lt Side And Rt Side Intermittant

I have been having lt side and rt side intermittant pain for weeks i have had CT's, Ultrasounds, checked for gallbladder, had an EGD, GI specialist, all test are always neg, however one test revealed a sm cyst on my kidney but I have not followed up on that yet the GI MD seems to think it is just constipation but my pain seem worse when i have a good cleaning out of BM, What else could this be?? I am so tired of the mystery.
