I Have Been Having Pain In My Arms And Legs

I have been having pain in my arms and legs for 6 weeks or so. It is not tingling, just achy and I feel like I have a fever, but temperature is not high. Hard to sleep. I take medication high cholesterol, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and thyroid, as well as claritin and an inhaler as needed for shortness of breath. I am being tested for lupus this week. Are there other conditions evidenced by this kind of extremity pain?
