I Have Been Having Pain In My Left Leg For

I have been having pain in my left leg for about a week now. I had hit the back of my leg with my bike pedal, and prior to that, I had also hit the front of my leg on our ottoman. The pain began in my shin, near where the bruise from hitting the ottoman was, and then has since moved all over my leg. At this point, it doesn't hurt constantly and it hurts in different places, including in my ankle, knee, and up through the back of my thigh. My lower back and in my left buttock also hurts occasionally. Is this something I should have looked at or is it likely just hurting from where I hit it?
