I Have Been Having Swelling And Pain Located At The

I have been having swelling and pain located at the top of my foot, about three inches above the joint of my left foot. I have been trying to rest the foot, alas, I have to go to work :O) By the end of my workday, there is some swelling. I have been wearing shoes that do not put any pressure on the top of my foot, but that is really difficult to do; I have been using Biofreeze . This is the second week that this pain and swelling has been present. As far as I know, I have not had an injury to my foot??? thank you
