I have been running now for about a month, every evening about 3 miles around my neighborhood. For some reason, here lately I have been waking up early in the mornings with horrible leg cramps and aches in the bottom part of my legs, my calves and ankles. This has never happened before and I have been actively running, working out for years. Tonight I got ready to do my usual neighborhood run and about a mile into it, I could barely walk much less run due to the excruciating pain in my lower legs. What's causing this to happen??
